i was happy, the classic quadruple room i booked came with good bathroom facilities, nice breakfast, for example. the location of the hotel was perfect, close to all the atraction.

Chilled-out base for travelling to Florence and exploring local places. Extraordinarily friendly and helpful staff, stunning location just off Florence and train station and city centre. Not very far from a Renaissance palace. A nice hotel, my first choice in Florence...

We booked standard room with nice breakfast. The breakfast was satisfactory, and we enjoyed it. Our location was good and amazing close to everything.

The hotel had a beautiful and elegant decor, which made our stay feel luxurious. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast provided a wide variety of options, including meats, cheeses, fruits, pastries. the staff were friendly and accommodating, offering to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out.

There was no elevator in the hotel, which could be inconvenient for older guests or those with heavy luggage. The hotel was also a bit of a walk from the train station, which may not be ideal for those who prefer to be closer.

As vegetarians, we loved the delicious breakfast options, including warm croissants and a good selection of granola and yogurt. The Illy coffee was also a great addition.

During our new year's stay, there were two things we really appreciated. the breakfast menu was quite good, with many options to choose from. the hotel was located in the heart of the city, making it easy for us to visit all the major attractions on foot. we enjoyed the warm and cozy ambiance of our room.

It was quite frustrating to have to leave our room and go to the lobby area just to use the internet. there were no window views available from our room, which was a major letdown.

This hotel is a real find! Not only is it charming and comfortable, but the staff is amazing. The rooms may be plain, but we slept better here than in hotels that cost four times as much. Plus, it's located close to everything, including the train station and major attractions. The breakfast included is a great bonus too!

The lack of an elevator, but the staff went out of their way to help with our luggage.
